Absolutely everything, the staff were amazing, especially Luke who came with the driver to collect me from the airport. He gave me some top tips as a first timer in Cambodia and was always checking to make sure guests were okay. The rest of the staff were also super helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was easy and comfortable, tuk tuks are available outside whenever you need them and tours can be arranged at super reasonable rates. There’s only one place for me to stay next time I come to Siem Reap!

If you are there, please do shake hands with Mr Luke he is the best PR manager there is , chef Chinda and team - food was amazing, ms Richny and her front desk team - Amazing at getting every request done we truly recommend for you to stay at this hotel during your visit to Siam reap.. We spent 4 nights here as a group of 5. The hotel is lovely and clean with a fabulous pool. What sets Udaya apart are the staff as they are all so kind and helpful. A special thanks to Luke the PR manager who looked after us in every way including catering to some challenges to help our special needs daughter.
